  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can of Cream of Coconut (MUST BE COCO LOPEZ!)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of cannamilk
  • 1 cup of Bacardi or Don Q Rum (optional)
  1. Warm the Cream of Coconut under hot water for about a minute, shaking intermittently
  2. Add all ingredients except rum into a blender then mixed for 60 seconds
  3. Taste the mixture and make sure the amount of cinnamon and vanilla is to your taste
  4. (optional) add in rum and blend for another few 10 seconds
  5. Pour mixture into an empty bottle (preferably glass) and cool in the fridge for 4 hours before enjoying (45 minutes in the freezer will do)
