  • 8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 1 tablespoon of Cannabis-infused butter
  • 2 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour 
  • 1/4 cup of regular butter
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 3 cups milk
  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes
  2. Place a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in flour and cannabutter to make a roux, adding milk slowly and stirring constantly. Combine the cheese and pepper in the saucepan; cook until the cheese has melted, stirring always.
  3. Stir in the drained macaroni and blend it in with the cheese roux.
  4. In a separate pan, melt the regular butter and add the breadcrumbs, setting the heat to medium. Once browned, sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top of the mac and cheese along with a bit of paprika. Serve hot!
