  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup cannabis butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 & 1/2 cups white sugar 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a 9x13 inch pan with aluminum foil, and lightly grease with vegetable oil or cooking spray.
  3. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, cream the cannabis butter until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually beat in sour cream and then beat in sugar.
  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  6. Next, stir in the vanilla.
  7. By hand, fold in the flour mixture, mixing just until incorporated.
  8. Spread batter into prepared pan.

Pecan Topping:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon.
  2. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle over cake batter in pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack, and remove foil.
