Chronic, LLC, Certification Center provides assistance and education to individuals in the process of applying to the Michigan Medical Marihuana Program (MMMP). Our licensed physicians, in compliance with the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act of 2008, review patient medical records and consult with patients to determine if they are candidates for medical marihuana use. If deemed appropriate, our doctors provide a signed Physician Certification Form to the client, thereby permitting the client to apply for the Michigan Medical Marihuana Card through the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), Michigan Medical Marihuana Registry.
