Dancehall is a cross of Juanita La Lagrimosa and Kalijah, bred by a Spanish seed company around 2006, and Juanita La Lagrimosa is where the elevated CBD comes from. It won a string of competition awards early on, mostly in CBD and medical categories, which is much of how it built its name. It has a small set of descendants, most of them also CBD-forward.
