Origin
Hell's OG is generally given as Blackberry crossed with OG Kush, though its origins are described as mysterious even by the sources that name the parents. It was renamed from Hell's Angel OG at some point. It has two descendants on file. The OG Kush side is the safe half of the story; the Blackberry side is where the accounts get vague.

About
Hell's OG is a Blackberry and OG Kush cross that menus badly overrate.
It hits fast and hard, sedating enough to overwhelm a newer smoker. Menus claim 33 to 34 percent THC; the lab sample tests near 21. It was once sold as Hell's Angel OG.
The menu number is fantasy.
What to Expect
Hell's OG comes on fast and settles into a deep, sedating relaxation. Leafly's reviewers lead with relaxed at 73 percent of a solid sample, with a euphoric lift and happiness behind and sleepiness at 38. Sources say the effect arrives before you expect it.
Dry mouth is the main physical note here at 22 percent, ahead of dry eyes at 11, and nothing sharper clears the mid single digits. Sources warn the fast onset overwhelms newer smokers, so a small first dose is the move. This is a night strain.
Flavor and Aroma
Hell's OG smells pungent and citrusy with an earthy, sour, fruity base. The flavor keeps the citrus and lemon with a piney, earthy bottom. The blackberry from the Blackberry parent does not really come through.
Terpenes Explained
Hell's OG's measured panel is heavy across the board: Myrcene leads, from about three quarters of a percent to over one and a third, with Limonene and Caryophyllene close behind.
The blackberry note that the Blackberry parent should bring is not on the panel; it comes from lighter aromatic compounds a standard test does not report. A jar that carries a genuine berry note under the citrus is the better-grown one.
Cannabinoids and Potency
Hell's OG THC is reported from about 20 to 23 percent, with the lab-measured sample in our data near 21, so it tests solidly strong. The 33-to-34-percent menu claims are not supported by anything on record. CBD is a trace.
Hell's OG tests around 21 percent, so ignore the 34 percent menu numbers and plan for a strong strain.
