Leda Uno

Hybrid

Origin

Leda Uno is a KC Brains strain built from Brazilian and Thai landrace stock crossed with the breeder's own KC lines. Our records carry the landrace names but do not resolve them into a clean pedigree. The landrace heritage is the draw, and it is where the fast flowering and the clear head come from. Two other strains descend from it in our records, more of a footprint than most obscure landrace hybrids leave.

The difficulty to grow Leda Uno is known for being average. For growers cultivating indoors, expect average height with a moderate yield with in about 8–10 wk. Outdoors, harvest around October.

Cultivation Notes

Leda Uno grows very tall, often over 78 inches, but flowers unusually fast for a landrace sativa, in about six to eight weeks, with reported yields of three to six ounces per square foot. It finishes outdoors in October. The quick finish on a tall plant is the notable combination. Grower and breeder figures.

About

Leda Uno is a landrace-heavy sativa with a name that gives nothing away.

From the Dutch breeder KC Brains, it stacks Brazilian and Thai landrace genetics with the house KC lines, and it was a Best Sativa finalist at a 2001 Cannabis Cup. What it smells or tastes like is barely documented; what it does is clearer.

What to Expect

Leda Uno is a creative, euphoric strain. The associated words are led by euphoric and creative, both scoring high, with a giggly, tingly edge, from a small sample. That points to a heady, playful lift rather than a body strain, in line with the landrace sativa background.

Our negatives data is thin, with a dry-mouth note the main flag. The high THC and the racing head make a small first dose the sensible move.

Flavor and Aroma

The sensory record for Leda Uno is thin: citrus over an earthy, spicy base and not much else. That is a generic sativa description, and the specific character is undocumented. Expect a bright citrus smell, and confirm the rest in person.

Terpenes Explained

No terpene test is on file for Leda Uno, only the recurring names Humulene, Caryophyllene and Limonene. Limonene fits the citrus, but there is nothing measured behind it.

Landrace-derived strains often carry aromatic combinations a standard panel does not capture, so a lab sheet may not explain the smell. The jar is the only real guide here.

Cannabinoids and Potency

Leda Uno THC is reported around 20 to 22 percent, a firmly strong level, with the low end of our range on data noise. One CBD reading near three percent is unusual and uncorroborated. Sources agree on a potent, heady strain.

Expect a strong strain in the low twenties and dose conservatively given the racing-head character.
