Lemon Tree is Lemon Skunk crossed with Sour Diesel, from growers who never put their name to it. Both parents are sharp citrus-and-fuel strains, which is why the cross reads so loud. It has seven descendants on file. Its 2014 Cup win is a large part of why the name spread, and it should not be confused with the cultivation company of the same name.

An anonymous grower crossed Lemon Skunk with Sour Diesel, and the result took Best Hybrid at the 2014 Seattle Cannabis Cup. Reviewers love the sour-citrus-and-fuel nose. The lab numbers tell a slightly different story.

Lemon Tree is an easy, well-balanced hybrid. Relaxed and happy lead Leafly's reviewers, at 61 and 60 percent of a solid sample, with a bright, dreamy quality early that gives way to a light body calm. It suits the back half of an afternoon.
Side effects barely appear here, with dry mouth at just 11 percent and dizziness at 3. Not a strong choice if you want to feel hit hard.

Lemon Tree is a loud sour lemon and skunky diesel smell, the two parents both showing clearly. The flavor is earthier and more sour than the aroma. It is one of the sharper citrus noses on a shelf.
