Origin
Mango Haze is a three-way cross of Northern Lights number five, Skunk number one and Haze, bred by Mr Nice Seeds in the Netherlands, the same house behind Super Silver Haze. That parentage is consistent across our sources. The Haze and Skunk sides carry the energy and the sharp aroma; the Northern Lights the tropical sweetness and a bit of body. It has a documented descendant or two, and it belongs to the classic Dutch haze lineage.

Cultivation Notes
Mango Haze is a grower's-patience plant, not recommended for the inexperienced or the impatient. It reaches moderate height, up to about 1.5 meters, and finishes late, into late October or November outdoors. Indoor yields are generous, around 450 to 550 grams per square meter. It grows well indoors or outdoors in a warm climate. Grower and breeder figures.

About
Mango Haze comes from the people who made Super Silver Haze.
It is a Mr Nice Seeds three-way cross of Northern Lights number five, Skunk and Haze, and it carries a genuine tropical-fruit smell that is unusual for a haze. The effect is a strong, dreamlike lift that its own breeders do not recommend for new smokers.
What to Expect
Mango Haze is an uplifting daytime high with a soft body settle underneath. Leafly's breakdown leads with happy at 59 percent, then uplifted and relaxed, with euphoric and a lighter energetic note, and reviewers describe the onset as sharply mood-lifting before it eases into something calmer and dreamy.
Dry mouth is common at 25 percent, with dry eyes and a dizzy note for a small share at larger doses. It is a poor fit for the evening or for anyone who wants a heavy, grounding body effect.
Flavor and Aroma
Mango Haze is sweet tropical fruit, mango leading, over the classic sharp haze note. It is a bright, juicy smell rather than a skunky one. The flavor follows, mango and citrus through the exhale with a light spice.
Terpenes Explained
Mango Haze has no lab terpene panel in our data, only the recurring names Myrcene and Caryophyllene without amounts attached. That describes the likely smell rather than a profile you can compare between jars.
The vivid mango note that gives the strain its name is not something a standard terpene reading captures; it comes from minor compounds most labs do not measure. Confirm the smell in person and treat a batch's own test as the real profile.
Cannabinoids and Potency
Mango Haze THC runs from the low teens to low twenties in our records, with the lab-measured sample near 15 and some sources claiming up to 24. CBD is a trace. Read it as a moderate strain that can feel stronger because of the fast, heady onset.
Buy a mid-range batch and give the come-up a few minutes before deciding whether to take more.
