Medusa is a three-way Nirvana Seeds cross of Misty, White Widow and Skunk. White Widow and Skunk explain the resin and the pungency; Misty is the cult parent that gives it character. None of the three carries a berry note, which makes the blueberry smell hard to place. Nirvana is the breeder of record, and that berry note remains the strain's unexplained signature.

Nirvana Seeds built it as a three-way cross of Misty, White Widow and Skunk, and named it for the Greek monster. Balanced effects, a long-lasting high by most accounts, and that unexplained berry note.

Medusa is an even, sociable hybrid. Leafly's reviewers lead with relaxed at 59 percent of a solid sample and happy at 55, with a creative streak at 34, and sources describe a clear head that eases into a light body. It works solo or in company.
Side effects stay mild, with dry mouth at 23 percent and dry eyes at 15. The anxious and dizzy notes are low. Not a heavy hitter despite the name.

Medusa is a pungent, sweet smell with a clear blueberry note over damp earth. The flavor keeps the sweet berry with an earthy finish. Where the blueberry comes from is not clear, since none of its listed parents carry it.
