What this covers
These guidelines apply to everything people contribute: reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, and information submitted about a business.
Contribute in good faith
Write from your own first-hand experience. Be accurate about what happened and when. Disagree with the substance rather than attacking the person. Disclose any connection you have to a business you write about.
Not allowed
Arranging, advertising or soliciting the sale, supply or shipping of cannabis. Claims that cannabis treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition. Content involving anyone under the minimum age, or aimed at them. Harassment, threats, hate speech, or attacks based on a protected characteristic. Spam, bulk or repetitive posting, and fake, incentivised, traded or purchased reviews, whether positive or negative. Anyone's personal information, including your own, posted where the public can see it. Content you do not have the right to post, including other people's photographs and text.
Enforcement
We may remove content, decline to publish it, or limit or close an account. We aim to act proportionately and to act faster where there is a risk of harm. If you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice we send or write to [[CONTACT_EMAIL]]; a different reviewer will look at it.
Reporting
Report anything that breaches these guidelines using the report control where it appears, or at [[CONTACT_EMAIL]].
