Who we are
Ascendancy Strains is a cannabis reference and directory service operated by [[LEGAL_ENTITY]] ("we", "us"). We publish information about cannabis strains, businesses, competitions and recipes. We are an information service. We do not grow, sell, supply, deliver or broker cannabis, and we are not party to any transaction between you and any business listed here.
Accepting these terms

If a change is material we will give notice before it takes effect and, where the change affects your rights, ask you to accept the new version. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or correct.
Business listings and claims
A business listing is a directory entry, not an endorsement. A claimed listing means someone has demonstrated authority to manage it; it does not mean we have verified the business, its licences or its products. Verification, where offered, is described separately and shown separately.
Content you contribute
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and display it in connection with operating and promoting the service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already distributed or retained as required by law. You confirm that you have the right to post what you post and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Contributions must follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to arrange or advertise the sale or supply of cannabis where that is unlawful, to misrepresent who you are, to harvest data by scraping or automation without our written permission, to interfere with the service's operation or security, or to infringe others' rights.
Our intellectual property
The service, its design, text, graphics, logos and compilation of data are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from them except as these terms allow or the law permits.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service to you would expose us or others to material risk. Where practicable we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to respond.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or content you contribute.
Governing law and disputes
