Origin
Silver Pearl is a cross of Early Pearl, Skunk and Northern Lights number five, from Sensi Seeds, consistent across sources though our records carry no formal lineage entry. Early Pearl, an early-finishing sativa, is where the name and the quick harvest come from; Skunk and Northern Lights the potency and the resin. Its 1994 Cup win put it on the map, and the Early Pearl side is why it finishes so early for a sativa.

About
Silver Pearl is a Sensi Seeds sativa that our data mislabels as CBD-forward.
It crosses Early Pearl, Skunk and Northern Lights number five, and it won Best Hybrid at a 1994 High Times Cup. The sources describe a moderate-THC mental-effects strain; a broken CBD reading in our records suggests otherwise, and it is wrong.
What to Expect
Whatever the label says, Silver Pearl reads as a THC sativa. Leafly's breakdown leads with euphoric at 56 percent, then happy at 43 and uplifted at 41, from a solid number of reviews, describing a creative, upbeat lift. Sources are firm that it is not a weak strain.
Dry mouth is high here at 40 percent. An anxious note turns up for about one in seven, more than most strains in this range. Hydrate and start modest.
Flavor and Aroma
Silver Pearl is a skunky, diesel-tinged smell with a honey sweetness underneath and a sour edge. It is a classic Skunk-family profile, pungent rather than fruity. The flavor is sweet and sour with the skunk carrying through.
Terpenes Explained
Silver Pearl has no terpene panel in our data, and the only recurring name is Myrcene, with nothing to quantify it. The skunk-and-diesel character comes largely from sulfur compounds a standard panel does not measure anyway.
That makes the nose the only real guide. A pungent, honeyed skunk smell is the sign of a well-kept batch.
Cannabinoids and Potency
Silver Pearl THC is reported around 13 to 21 percent, averaging near 16, a moderate level. Our records also carry a CBD reading of 100 percent, which is a clear data error; every source treats this as an ordinary THC strain with no meaningful CBD.
The lesson here is to check the actual certificate rather than a strain-level label. Read Silver Pearl as a mid-teens THC sativa, and if a menu claims high CBD for it, that claim is not supported.
