That parentage is consistent across our sources. Its real significance is downstream: it is a parent of Gelato and, through Gelato, of Runtz and much of the current dessert shelf. An indica-leaning cross of Girl Scout Cookies and Pink Panties, it is spelled sherbet and pronounced sherbert, and it tastes like the frozen version of both. It is also the strain behind a large branch of the modern menu, Gelato and Runtz among the descendants, so it matters more than a plain flavor strain would.
