How it is worked out

starting mg = flower_grams * 1000 * potency_percent / 100

total mg = starting_mg * (decarb_efficiency_percent / 100) * (applied_infusion_efficiency_percent / 100)

What does NOT affect the result

  • Payment or sponsored placement — nothing paid enters this calculation.
  • Price — we do not treat higher or lower price as potency.
  • Anything not listed above. The method takes 6 named inputs and the fixed constants shown; no other value is read.

When we don’t know
