VCDC is a fit question more than an effect strain. With THC near one percent, there is very little high: reviewers report a mild relaxation and a small lift in mood, with sleepiness for some, but not the head change a THC strain gives. It suits someone who wants the ritual and the flavor without intoxication, or who wants to blend it with a THC strain to take the edge off that one.
