Origin
Banana Split is Tangie crossed with Banana Sherbet, bred by Crockett Family Farms. Tangie brings the citrus and the zest; Banana Sherbet brings the sweet, creamy banana. It comes in two phenotypes that flower at different rates, so two plants sold as Banana Split can behave differently. Knowing which one you have matters more here than for most strains.

Cultivation Notes
Banana Split is a medium-sized plant suited to indoor and outdoor grows alike. It yields around 450 to 500 grams a square meter and flowers in about 60 days, though one of its two phenotypes finishes faster than the other. It resists insects and disease well. Figures are grower and breeder reported.

About
Banana Split has a precise dessert name and comes in two different plants.
It is Tangie crossed with Banana Sherbet, from Crockett Family Farms. It flowers as two phenotypes at different rates. There is a banana note, but it is a hint, not a bomb. The lab THC sample is corrupt; sources say 22 to 25 percent.
Two phenos, one name.
What to Expect
Banana Split leads with a happy, euphoric, uplifting head that keeps some focus, then settles toward a relaxed body. Leafly's reviewers lead with happy at 64 percent of a solid sample, with relaxed at 53 and a euphoric, uplifted quality behind. Sources disagree on whether it is a day strain or an evening couch-lock, which may be the two phenotypes playing differently.
The raw negatives are light, dry mouth and dry eyes near 14 and 12 percent, but the weighted data flags an anxious quality noticeably higher. Keep the first dose small. It also helps to know which phenotype you have.
Flavor and Aroma
Banana Split smells sweet and tropical with citrus and a genuine banana note, plus a faint chemical edge. The flavor is sweet and creamy with citrus and a hint of banana, closer to Tangie than to a full banana strain. The dessert name oversells the banana a little.
Terpenes Explained
Banana Split has no measured terpene data, with only Terpinolene, Caryophyllene and Limonene named.
Nothing is quantified, so the banana note cannot be tied to a compound; banana and cream notes like that sit in lighter aromatic compounds outside a standard panel. A jar with a bright citrus lift and a real, if faint, banana is closest to the description.
Cannabinoids and Potency
Banana Split THC is reported from about 22 to 25 percent by its sources, with the lab sample in our data corrupted to near zero and unusable. It reads as a strong strain on the source numbers. CBD is a trace.
Banana Split's sources put it in the low-to-mid twenties, but its own lab number is broken, so read the jar's certificate.
