Harlequin is a landrace patchwork: Colombian Gold, a Thai sativa, a Swiss sativa and a Nepali indica, per the sources, though our records carry no formal lineage entry. Harlequin is one of the strains that made reliable CBD flower a thing.
It predates Charlotte's Web. It is built from a patchwork of landraces: Colombian Gold, Thai, a Swiss sativa and a Nepali indica, and it was bred toward a roughly even CBD-to-THC balance. It has won awards specifically for its CBD flower.
What to Expect
Harlequin is a light, clear strain by design. The near-even CBD-to-THC balance keeps the intoxication modest. The effect words on file are happy, relaxed, uplifted and focused, describing a functional daytime state rather than a strong high. Our data here has no reviewer percentages, so read the balance loosely.
Dry mouth, dry eyes and a hungry note are the recorded downsides, all mild. Because the THC is low, a normal dose is the sensible starting point, not a cautious one.
Flavor and Aroma
Harlequin is earthy and herbal with a woody, lightly spicy base and a sweet mango note on top that sources single out. It is a savory profile with a fruit edge rather than a candy one. The flavor stays earthy and herbal with a creamy finish some cuts show.

Harlequin does have a measured terpene panel in our data, and it is Bisabolol-forward, at roughly 0.3 to 0.55 percent, which is high for that terpene. Myrcene and Pinene follow around 0.1 to 0.25, with Caryophyllene behind. Bisabolol is a soft, floral, slightly sweet terpene, which fits the herbal-mango smell.
