Holy Grail Kush is Kosher Kush crossed with OG #18, bred by DNA Genetics. Both parents are heavy, resinous OG-family plants, which is where the weight comes from. Its 2011 Cup win, reportedly the first perfect score in its class, is most of why the name still sells. DNA's cut is the one with the record; a seed labeled Holy Grail from elsewhere is a guess.

Holy Grail Kush was DNA Genetics' attempt to breed a perfect Kush.
They crossed Kosher Kush with OG #18, and in 2011 it took the High Times Cannabis Cup, reportedly the first entry in its class to score a perfect card. Spannabis followed the next year. The name was a claim, and it mostly landed.
The high is calm, not flattening.
What to Expect
Holy Grail Kush relaxes you without pinning you down. Across Leafly's reviewers relaxed leads at 67 percent of a solid sample, with happy at 59 and euphoric at 52, and the head stays clear enough to hold a conversation or a task. Creative shows up at 28 percent.
Dizziness is rare here at 8 percent, dry mouth the main note at 28 and dry eyes behind it at 15. It is an afternoon strain you can still function on.
Flavor and Aroma
Holy Grail Kush smells of lemon, pine and diesel over a sweet, woody base. The taste turns earthier, with a hash note and a musk that the Kosher Kush side brings. Piney and sweet more than sharp.
