Origin

Lemon Thai is credited to Dutch Flowers, reportedly a Thai sativa crossed with an unnamed Hawaiian strain, but the ratio and the parents are both unconfirmed. It has three descendants on file. What a buyer gets is a very sour lemon sativa; the Thai and Hawaiian story is unverified.

Fusion Seeds's record agrees with 3 other breeders: Bald man Lala Seeds, Higher Plane Genetics, Motarebel.

About

Lemon Thai is the sourest lemon in this family and one of the more wired.

Dutch Flowers is credited with crossing a Thai sativa and a mystery Hawaiian strain, though the ratio and the exact parents are unclear. Reviewers treat it as a wake-and-bake, all talk and motion early on.

It starts loud.

What to Expect

Lemon Thai opens fast and talkative. Energetic and happy lead Leafly's reviewers, at 51 and 56 percent of a solid sample, with a loquacious streak that stands out in the wider data. After the first rush it eases into a lighter, more focused headspace.

Dry eyes at 16 percent and a small anxious note are the main cautions, with dry mouth at 23. It can feel racy at a high dose. Not for the end of the day.

Flavor and Aroma

Lemon Thai is almost pure sour lemon on the nose, close to lemonade, with very little else. The flavor holds that sharp, acidic citrus with a faint earthiness. It is the most single-note lemon strain of the group.

Terpenes Explained

Lemon Thai has no terpene measurements in our data, just Myrcene and Limonene listed by name.

That intense sour-lemon smell sits in lighter compounds a standard panel does not report. A Lemon Thai jar that makes your mouth water is the one that is fresh.

Cannabinoids and Potency

Lemon Thai is reported around 22 percent THC by its sources, a strong reading, though the one lab sample in our data is corrupted and reads near zero. Treat it as a strong sativa-leaning hybrid. CBD is a trace.

Lemon Thai is a morning strain, so save it for a day you want to be talkative and moving, not a night in.
