For the base

1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk1/2 cup cocoa powder, only if you want to make it chocolate Optional1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/4 teaspoon salt

For the infused cream

2 cups cannabis-infused whipping cream Infused ingredient

1 tablespoon mint extract

Method

Make the ice cream

Whisk the condensed milk, vanilla extract and salt in a medium bowl. Add the cocoa powder if you want a chocolate base.

In a separate chilled bowl, whip the cannabis-infused cream with a mixer until firm peaks form.

Fold about half of the whipped cream into the condensed-milk mixture until combined, then fold that mixture back into the whipped cream and blend well.

Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for around 3 hours.
