- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- sea salt
- 2/3 cup cilantro
- 3 tsp cannabis olive oil
- 1 green bell Peppers
- 3 jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 cup tomatillos
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
- Slice peppers and onions into wedges
- Add cannabis olive oil in the saucepan and place on the stove over medium heat
- Add peppers, garlic, onions and tomatillos into the saucepan and get a light sizzle on them before covering to steam for 5 minutes
- Add vinegar, a pinch of salt and fish sauce and simmer for 15 mins
- Pour mix into the blender and add a splash more of regular olive oil. Add cilantro and the juice of a freshly squeezed lime.
- Blend it together until the cannabis hot sauce becomes smooth and well-incorporated.
- Transfer your hot sauce to your desired bottle (CAREFULLY LABELED) for storing or immediate use at your spicy party or Baked Bloody Mary Bar!
