  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • sea salt
  • 2/3 cup cilantro
  • 3 tsp cannabis olive oil
  • 1 green bell Peppers
  • 3 jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 cup tomatillos
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime
  1. Slice peppers and onions into wedges
  2. Add cannabis olive oil in the saucepan and place on the stove over medium heat
  3. Add peppers, garlic, onions and tomatillos into the saucepan and get a light sizzle on them before covering to steam for 5 minutes
  4. Add vinegar, a pinch of salt and fish sauce and simmer for 15 mins
  5. Pour mix into the blender and add a splash more of regular olive oil. Add cilantro and the juice of a freshly squeezed lime.
  6. Blend it together until the cannabis hot sauce becomes smooth and well-incorporated.
  7. Transfer your hot sauce to your desired bottle (CAREFULLY LABELED) for storing or immediate use at your spicy party or Baked Bloody Mary Bar!
